            Education Subcommittee

Develop and promote ongoing board training and development according to the plan recommended by David Halley during the December session, if approved. Schedule and promote education by scheduling classes and seminars.

            Regional Meetings Subcommittee

Actively recruit members in NC and SC. Develop recruitment strategy to effectively attract members. Consider and make recommendations to the board for any additional membership benefits. Review and, where necessary, revise the membership application to reflect recruitment efforts.

Licensing

Actively promote the establishment of a backflow license and irrigation contractor license or state "certification."

Green Industry Involvement

Promote and actively involve CIA in green industry issues. Assist the Green Industry Council in effectively implementing its programs, such as the industry economic study.
