CIA welcomes new board member

The Carolinas Irrigation Association welcomes new board member Clark O’Neill. Clark is the owner of Celtic Outdoor LLC  based in Charlotte, North Carolina. He has been involved in the landscape and irrigation industry in North Carolina for nearly 30 years. During that time, he has developed a reputation as an industry leader and an award-winning proponent of using minimal water in the landscape. 

Clark has been honored with both the CIA’s Dr. Ronald Sneed “Friend of the Industry” Award and Toro’s Water Smart Partner Award. His efforts to promote water saving initiatives, intelligent water use and dedication to the North Carolina landscape industry have made him a respected resource and an industry veteran. 

Clark joined the board in May to fill an unexpired term. Welcome, Clark!
