Cancellation Policies

Annual Meeting Cancellation Policy:
Any refund requests prior to Friday, October 23rd will be subject to a $10.00 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after October 23rd. Please contact the CIA offices via email at info@carolinasirr.org for any cancellation and transfer requests.

Irrigation Contractor Review Course Cancellation Policy:
Any refund requests prior to Friday, September 21st will be subject to a $50.00 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after September 21st. Please contact the CIA offices via email at info@carolinasirr.org for any cancellation and transfer requests.

General Refund Policy Cancellation Policy:
Each event has its own specific refund policy with deadlines for cancellation and applicable fees, along with the date after which no refund will be processed.
